Procedure and Duration
After completing a comprehensive search and compliance by the assigned attorney, we proceed with the trademark filing, and upon completion, we send or upload the official receipt of the filing in our portal. The examination period may sometimes take more than 2 weeks. The Premium and Professional Packages include all communication with the EUIPO. The trademark procedure takes 3-4 months if no opposition is filed by a third party.
Opposition Period
After successful examination, the trademark application gets published in the official trademark gazette for a period of 90 days. If the trademark gets opposed, you may contact a United Legal Expert representative to discuss further strategy.
