Registration of Trademark:

  • In the second phase however, you must tell your user type, in-person or representative and in case of being representative you are also obliged to provide the documented proof of you being an advocate.

In case of self registration, these two simple steps are about it but if you are a representative for someone in the capacity of being their advocate, your application will be reviewed by the IT Directorate and in case of any contradictions or discrepancies you’ll be asked to make the necessary corrections and your application is further proceeded.
